Westcliff Bible Church is committed to a plurality of leaders, described in the New Testament as "elders".   The books of Acts, 1 Timothy and Titus make it clear the Apostle Paul appointed leaders to shepherd the churches he planted.   These men are to lead well (1Tim.3:17), lead by example (1Pet.5:14) and meet the rigorous qualities of character described in 1Tim.3 and Titus 1.

The Westcliff Board of Elders meets monthly for pastoral oversight and leadership.   The Board meets annually at an "Elders Retreat" to formulate plans for the immediate and long range future of the church.   A current listing of the elders of Westcliff is located in the Sunday Bulletin.
